Eligibility Requirements
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enriching experience for all participants, the following conditions apply:
1. Age: Must be between 15 and 22 years old.
→ This age range allows participants to easily interact with peers of similar ages and maintain a compatible daily schedule.
2. Health & Allergies: Must not have severe food allergies (those with a history of anaphylactic shock cannot participate) and must not have chronic medical conditions, except for seasonal allergies such as hay fever.
→ The program involves a variety of meals and activities, so these requirements are necessary to ensure participant safety.
3. Cultural Openness: Must be willing to embrace Japanese culture and daily customs.
→ This is important for enjoying meaningful interactions with host families and the local community.
4. Rule Compliance: Must be able to follow the host family’s household rules.
→ To maintain a safe and pleasant environment, participants who cannot follow the rules may be asked to return home before the end of the program.
5. Cleanliness: Must keep their room clean and tidy.
→ If the room is found to be unclean or damaged at the end of the program, the participant will be responsible for repair or cleaning costs.
6. Pet Allergies: Must not have allergies to dogs.
→ The host family lives with dogs, and participants will share the living space with them.

  • Cancellation Policy:

    Cancellation Policy:

    • A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 90 days prior to arrival.

    • A 20% refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival.

    • No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival.

    Refunds will be processed based on the Japanese yen exchange rate on the date the refund is issued. Please note that this rate may differ from the rate at the time of your original payment. Any fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by the customer.

  • Reservation Documents and Airport Transfer Details

    Once your reservation is confirmed, we will provide you with the documents required for submitting student information as well as information about airport transfers.
