【ルール＆制限 / House Rules】

1. チェックイン: 15:00〜20:00 / Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
2. チェックアウト: 〜10:00 / Check-out: by 10:00 AM
3. 館内での喫煙・飲酒は禁止です / No smoking or drinking inside the home
4. ペットの持ち込みは禁止です / No pets allowed
5. 騒音・パーティは禁止です / No loud noise or parties
6. 部屋は清潔に使用してください / Please keep your room tidy
7. 他の家族やホストのプライバシーを尊重してください / Respect the privacy of host family members
8. 宿泊者は15歳～17歳である必要があります / Guests must be between 15 and 17 years old
9. 門限は19:00までです。19:00以降に外出する場合は、必ずホスト家族が同行します / Curfew is 7:00 PM. Any outings after 7:00 PM must be accompanied by a host family member

【利用規約 / Terms of Service】

1. 本予約は、ホストファミリーおよび受入団体の承認により成立します。
Your booking is confirmed upon approval by the host family and the accepting organization.

2. 支払いは事前決済またはホスト指定の方法で行ってください。
Payment should be made in advance or as instructed by the host.

3. キャンセル・返金ポリシー：
- 宿泊日の30日前まで：全額返金 / Full refund up to 30 days before check-in
- 宿泊日の30日以内：返金不可 / Non-refundable within 30 days of check-in

4. 宿泊者はホスト家族や受入団体から送付される書類に必要情報（氏名、年齢、緊急連絡先など）を記入し、提出する義務があります。
Guests must complete and submit any required documents sent by the host family or organization, including name, age, and emergency contact information.

5. 宿泊者は15歳～17歳である必要があります。
Guests must be between 15 and 17 years old.

6. 宿泊中の個人の財物の紛失・損害、事故、怪我について、ホストファミリーおよび受入団体は一切責任を負いません。
The host family and the accepting organization are not responsible for loss, damage, accidents, or injuries during the stay.

7. 宿泊者はホスト家族や住居のルールを守る義務があります。
Guests must follow the house rules of the host family.

8. 門限を守ることが必須です。19:00以降の外出はホスト家族が同行する必要があります。
Guests must adhere to the curfew. Any outings after 7:00 PM must be accompanied by a host family member.

9. 本規約は日本法に準拠します。
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

​【プライバシーポリシー / Privacy Policy】

1. 当サイトおよび受入団体は、予約確認や滞在管理のために必要な個人情報（氏名、年齢、メールアドレス、電話番号等）を収集します。
The site and the accepting organization collect personal information (name, age, email, phone number, etc.) necessary for booking confirmation and stay management.

2. 収集した情報は、ホストファミリーおよび受入団体との連絡や滞在管理にのみ使用します。
Collected information will be used only for communication with the host family and the accepting organization and for managing the stay.

3. 個人情報は第三者に販売・提供しません。
Personal information will not be sold or provided to third parties.

4. 情報漏洩防止のため適切な安全管理措置を講じます。
We take appropriate security measures to prevent data breaches.

5. 利用者は自身の情報の確認・訂正・削除を申請できます。
Guests may request to view, correct, or delete their personal information.
